Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap Sign Up. Enter your email address and a password, then confirm your email using the 6-digit code we send you. You can also sign in with Apple or Google — no password needed.

How do I add a family member or pet?

Go to Settings → Add profile. Choose the profile type (adult, child, dog, or cat), enter a name, date of birth, and country. The app will immediately generate a personalised vaccination schedule.

Which countries are supported?

Currently Poland, Ukraine, and Belarus. More countries will be added in future updates.

Vaccination Schedule

How is the schedule calculated?

Evaxify uses the official national vaccination calendar for the selected country and profile type. It calculates target date windows from the date of birth and merges them with recorded vaccinations to show what's upcoming, overdue, or completed.

How do I mark a vaccine as done?

Tap any vaccine entry in the Home or Timeline screen, then tap Mark as done. You can optionally add the clinic name, date, and notes. The record is saved immediately.

What does "overdue" mean?

A vaccine is overdue when the recommended date window has passed and no completed record exists. The app will continue to show it and send reminders until you mark it done or skip it.

Push Notifications

How do I enable reminders?

Go to Settings → Notifications and allow notifications when prompted. You can set the daily notification time that works best for you.

How often will I be reminded?

Daily for the 3 days before a vaccine is due, and daily for the first 30 days it is overdue. After that, reminders switch to once a week on Mondays.

I'm not receiving notifications. What should I check?

Make sure notifications are enabled both in the app (Settings → Notifications) and in your device's system settings for Evaxify. On iOS, go to Settings → Evaxify → Notifications.

Account & Data

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password?. Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit reset code. Enter the code, then set a new password.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device. Your profiles and vaccination records sync automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete account and confirm. All your data is permanently erased within 30 days.

Is my health data safe?

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on EU-based servers (AWS Frankfurt). Vaccination records are visible only to you. See the full details in our Privacy Policy.
