A calendar that maintains itself
Upcoming and overdue doses recomputed per profile every time you mark something done — no spreadsheets, no manual dates.
Evaxify reads the doses your family already has, compares them against the national schedule where you live now, and tells you exactly what's still missing — for children, adults, dogs and cats.
Free plan · 3 profiles · no ads

This is the same national data the app computes against — not a screenshot of it. Pick where you live, and where you moved from.
One calendar per profile, computed from your country's schedule and the doses you actually have.
Upcoming and overdue doses recomputed per profile every time you mark something done — no spreadsheets, no manual dates.
A push before the window opens, and a gentle follow-up if a dose slips past it.
Doses, trade names, clinics and card photos, stored encrypted on EU servers.
Change the country on a profile and the whole timeline re-plans against the doses already recorded. Adults, children, dogs and cats each get their own.
Choose a destination and the people or pets going with you. Evaxify compares their saved vaccination history with reviewed destination guidance and shows what to prepare.
See destination-specific vaccines, personal timing and official sources. The medical check stays free, whether or not you save the trip.
Compare the destination calendar and review separate routine, document, legal and pet-entry tasks. Your profile country never changes automatically.
Invite a parent or carer to one chosen profile as a viewer or editor, without exposing the rest of your account.
Smart Calendar, reminders, the family timeline, record photos, readiness checks and up to three profiles.
Unlimited profiles, PDF export, calendar sync, per-profile notification settings, and saved travel or relocation plans with progress and reminders.
Real captures from the current app, using the same calm mineral system across every screen.

Open the app and the next dose is already the first thing on screen.

Every overdue and upcoming vaccination, ordered by what needs attention first.

Choose when and how Evaxify reminds your family.

Share one profile with a parent or carer — without sharing the whole account.

Attach the card photo, then keep the trade name and clinic in the same record.

Every profile in the household, one settings screen, no separate logins.
No cookie banner, because there are no cookies. No analytics script, no ad pixel, no font CDN, no embedded map, no chat widget. Open your browser's network tab and count — everything you just downloaded came from us. We hold your family's vaccination history, so this is the part we'd rather be judged on than the feature list.
We protect your records and photos at every stage — while they are sent, stored and viewed.
Your data is available to you and anyone you choose to share a specific profile with. You can revoke that access at any time.
Full JSON and PDF export under GDPR Art. 20, and account deletion that removes the records rather than flagging them. How deletion works.
There is no advertising business here to sell it to. Evaxify has a useful free plan and an optional paid upgrade; neither is funded by selling your data.
We're a reminder tool, not a doctor. Your paediatrician or vet decides what your family needs — Evaxify makes sure you don't forget the appointment. National schedules are informational, and we say so here rather than in small print at the bottom.

Core tracking, reminders, the family timeline, vaccination-card photos, travel and relocation checks, and up to three profiles are free. Evaxify Plus adds unlimited profiles, PDF export, calendar sync, per-profile notification controls, and saved travel or relocation plans with reminders. There are no ads in either plan.
That's the case it was built for. Set the profile's country to where you live now, enter the doses you already have, and the calendar re-plans around them — including doses your previous country gave in a different order.
Each country's published national programme — for Poland, the PSO 2026 calendar and NFZ funding rules; for pets, WSAVA guidance. Every schedule carries the source and the date it was last reviewed.
Yes, with their own schedules — rabies, DHPPi and leptospirosis for dogs; FVRCP, FeLV and rabies for cats — and the same reminders and record photos as the humans.
One developer in Warsaw, building it for his own family first. Name, address and contact are in the Impressum; email reaches a person, usually the same day.
Add a profile, enter the doses you can find, and let Evaxify work out the rest. Takes about five minutes per person.
Keep the QR here — it's the one thing that works on a clinic noticeboard.
