This page loaded zero third-party requests
No cookie banner, because there are no cookies. No analytics script, no ad pixel, no font CDN, no embedded map, no chat widget. Open your browser's network tab and count — everything you just downloaded came from us. We hold your family's vaccination history, so this is the part we'd rather be judged on than the feature list.
Your data stays protected
We protect your records and photos at every stage — while they are sent, stored and viewed.
Access only with your permission
Your data is available to you and anyone you choose to share a specific profile with. You can revoke that access at any time.
Export it or delete it, from inside the app
Full JSON and PDF export under GDPR Art. 20, and account deletion that removes the records rather than flagging them. How deletion works.
Never sold, never used to train anything
There is no advertising business here to sell it to. Evaxify has a useful free plan and an optional paid upgrade; neither is funded by selling your data.
We're a reminder tool, not a doctor. Your paediatrician or vet decides what your family needs — Evaxify makes sure you don't forget the appointment. National schedules are informational, and we say so here rather than in small print at the bottom.

Is it really free?
Core tracking, reminders, the family timeline, vaccination-card photos, travel and relocation checks, and up to three profiles are free. Evaxify Plus adds unlimited profiles, PDF export, calendar sync, per-profile notification controls, and saved travel or relocation plans with reminders. There are no ads in either plan.
We moved countries mid-schedule. Does that work?
That's the case it was built for. Set the profile's country to where you live now, enter the doses you already have, and the calendar re-plans around them — including doses your previous country gave in a different order.
Where does the schedule data come from?
Each country's published national programme — for Poland, the PSO 2026 calendar and NFZ funding rules; for pets, WSAVA guidance. Every schedule carries the source and the date it was last reviewed.
Dogs and cats too?
Yes, with their own schedules — rabies, DHPPi and leptospirosis for dogs; FVRCP, FeLV and rabies for cats — and the same reminders and record photos as the humans.
Who is behind it?
One developer in Warsaw, building it for his own family first. Name, address and contact are in the Impressum; email reaches a person, usually the same day.
